Information used to deliver your purchase

When you buy, your payment provider supplies order and payment information, including the email address used at checkout, so we can create your private download link, sign you in on this device, and email that link to you.

Payments through Stripe and PayPal

Card payments are processed by Stripe. PayPal payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store full card numbers on this site. Those companies process your payment under their own privacy policies.

Email delivery through Mailgun

We send your download link and, if you ask, a one-time sign-in link through Mailgun, from the sending domain mail.sorceress.games. Reply-to goes to our support inbox.

Meta Pixel and Conversions API

We use the Meta Pixel in your browser and the Conversions API on our server to measure ads and website events (for example PageView, ViewContent, InitiateCheckout and Purchase). Purchase events from the browser and the server share an event id so they can be deduplicated. Meta may receive a hashed email and standard advertising cookies such as _fbp and _fbc, along with a click id from Facebook ads when present.

Browser storage and your private link

We may store a download token and a purchase-event guard in localStorage so this browser can reopen your files and so the Purchase event is not fired twice. Your download URL contains a secret token — do not post it publicly.

Choices and requests

Email us to ask what information we have, to update an email address, or to request deletion where the law allows, bearing in mind we may need to keep records of a purchase and refund.

Retention and updates

We keep order records as long as needed to deliver files, handle refunds, and meet legal obligations. We will update this notice if our practices change in a meaningful way.
